Relationship Listing issue - When any user creates a matter with Client and Add another Team Member (TM/ GH), In TM account in relationship module, that client will not be listed

Description

Account - Akhila Firms, /Test@123

1. Login to LexiZ (TM1)
2. Click on Matter
3. Create a matter with attaching client and TM2
4 . Login to TM2 account
5. Click on Relationship module
The client which was attached to matter is not listed in TM2 account

Note: This won't work even SU creates matter and attach TM, TM will not get that client listed in Relationship module
