openRelationship - When TM/GH sends the Relationship request , The clients are not listed in Relationship, But works when Clients are added from the matter

Description
1. Login to LexiZ
2. Click on Relationship
3. Click on "Add Relationship"
4. send request to any of the clients
In View Relationships (Individual / Business), established relationships are not displayed for TM and GH accounts, even though the relationships were successfully created from TM / GH accounts.
Additionally, in the Documents module, while uploading documents, the established relationship is not listed in the Clients dropdown.
5. Click on matter module
6. Click on LM/GM
7. Create matter with client
8. Go to relationship
The clients are listed in Relationship listing

Partially working
1. Login to LexiZ (GH / TM account ) [Make sure it is a new account - no relationships are established]
2. Click on Add relationship
3. Send Request to any client [Those clients are already listed in SU account]
Relationships already exist error appears, those Relationships are not Listed in view, If the any client is added through matter, at that time all clients are listed.
