Documents(View):- The add button should be disable. when the add tags are removed.

Description

Steps:-
1.Login with LexiZ
2.Go to the Documents module
3.Click on view Documents
4.Select the any Client/Matter
5.Choose any one of the document
6.Edit the meta data
7.Add a tags and remove it
8.click on save button
9.There is no warning will appear
