closedDocument – View: Update tag: Unable to remove all added tags; Save button remains disabled.

Description
1. Login the LexiZ
2. Click Documents module - View Documents
3. Select any document [Make sure tag should already added to that document]
4. Click on Update tag icon
5. Remove all tags
Issue Observed: Save button remains disabled. Tag is not required, User should allow to remove the added tags.

Design wise is update after remove the tags save is enabled, on api side empty tag update or tag remove not updating in server. I shared this issues. Please on your end create the task and share this to api team.

Issue: After removing all tags and saving, the removed tags are still displayed in View Documents and on the Update Tags page when revisited.
