Create Matter → Legal / General, when browsing documents, the Enable Download option is highlighted by default, but the icon appears in a disabled state.

Description

1. Login the LexiZ
2. Click on Matters - Legal / General
3. Click on Create matter
4. Fill the matter info and next
5. Go to Documents module
6. Browse the new document

when browsing documents, the Enable Download option is highlighted by default, but the icon appears in a disabled state.

Note : Applicable for view matter as well
