Description
1. Login the lexiZ
2. Click on Matters - Legal / General
3. Select any matter, regardless of whether the client is involved or not involved in the matter.
4. Navigates to clients tab or team members tab
5. Click on chat icon that appears in the clients [It navigates to chat module]
6. Navigate back to matters module
7. Select the same matter or different matter
8. Click on view details - clients tab
9. Try to search the client
No clients list [auto-populated list] are not displayed. They should be displayed.
Note: The same issue occurs when the user navigates via the Team Member chat icon in the Team Members section.
