openDocuments(Upload):- When the same document is uploaded multiple times, the document name should be automatically renamed with suffixes such as 1, 2, 3, respectively.

Description
Steps:-
1.Login with LexiZ
2.Go to the Documents module
3.Select the Client Radio button
4.Click on upload documents button
5.Select the same documents twice
6.After selecting the document same name will appear on each document
7.The suffixes should be renamed 1,2,3 respectively
