Create / View Matter (GH account) [Legal / General] - Team Member section : Group-related TM names appear and also firm level names should appear. [AAM and SU should not appear]

Description

1. Login the LexiZ as SU / TM
2. Click on Matters module - Legal / General
3. Click on Create
4. Fill the matter info and save
5. Check the team members drop down

Issue Observed : Group related members listed.

Expectation : Members at firm level should be listed [But AAM and SU should not be listed]

Note: This issue applicable for View matter as well
