Edit Document - Cancel Action - If none of the fields are changed and clicked on Cancel , Then there is no alert required

Description

1. Login to LexiZ
2. Click on document
3. Select matter/ client
4. Click edit (pencil) icon
5. Click on Cancel
User should not get alert as user did not any fields. Alert should come only if any fields are edited
