Create matter / Edit Matter - TM / GH - Practice partner name appears in the team member drop down

Description

1. Login the LexiZ as TM / GH user
2. Make sure practice partner should be added
3. Navigates to the matter module - create
4. Fill the Matter info and save
5. Check the Team member dropdown

Issues observed: practice partner name is listed. It should not

Note: Issue is applicable for edit matter as well and applicable for Legal / General matters
