openCreate Member: Error Message Not Displayed When License Limit Exceeded

Description
Steps:
- Login to Lexiz.
- Click on the Group module on the left side.
- Go to the View Members tab.
- Check the number of licenses from the View Member tab and View Practice Partner tab (both counts should be displayed).
- If the license limit is exceeded, click on Create Member.
Issue:
The screen does not freeze, and no error message is displayed when trying to create a member beyond the license limit.
Expected Result:
When the license limit is exceeded, the screen should freeze, and an error message should be displayed.
Additionally , The system should not allow entering text or clicking Final Save when the license limit is exceeded.

Even though the Team Member creation limit is exceeded, we are still able to add a Practice Partner which should not be allowed.
Practice partner creation should be a part of licences
Additionally, when the member creation limit is reached, the Create page is initially disabled; however, once a Practice Partner is added, the disabled state is removed and the page becomes enabled. But save button does not response
