openCreate Matter - When navigating back and removing a client or team member, the changes are saved even without saving, when clicking on the wizard circle.

Description
1. Login the LexiZ
2. Navigates to Matters module
3. Select Legal / General
4. Fill all the details till Documents page
5. Navigate back to client section - remove the clients
6. Click on Team members - wizard circle [Don't click on save in client page]
7. Come back to clients section
Removed clients are not appearing, changes are saved even without saving.
No alerts are displayed.
