openHealth : Counts do not update for Immunizations, Allergy, Family History, and Medical Conditions after adding new entries.

Description
Steps:
- Login to VitaGist.
- Navigate to the Health section.
- Click on the ‘+’ button under Immunizations.
- Fill in all mandatory fields.
- Click Save.
- Observe the Immunizations count on the Health dashboard or list view.
Expected Result:
After saving a new record, the count for Immunizations (and similarly for Allergy, Family History, and Medical Conditions) should update automatically to reflect the newly added entry.
Actual Result:
The count does not update after adding a new record. The new entry is saved but the displayed count remains unchanged.

- Immunizations , Allergy ,Family History ,Medical Conditions.

The mentioned issue has been fixed.
However, when deleting entries on the View Health page, the count does not update.
Note: This issue is applicable to all sections — Medication, Insurance, Immunization, Allergy, Family History, and Medical Condition.
