Documents(View):- After deleting the document, the audit trails modules text shows the 'pending for approval'. that text should be removed.

Description

Steps:-
1.Login with DG Counsel
2.Go to the Documents module
3.Click on View documents
4.Select anyone document and delete it
5.Go to the Audit trails view the recent logs
6.The recent logs shows the 'Pending for Approval'
7.That text should be removed.
Please refer the Attachment.
