openTimesheet - When the TM is removed from the client ,associated timesheet should be grayed out in TM account. TM should not be able to edit or delete

Description
1. Login to Lauditor - TM Account
2. Click on Menu
3. Click on matter
4. Create matter (LM/GM) "Lisa custody case" for client "Prathiba"
5. Click on menu and select timesheets
6. Make timesheet entry for that matter
7. Log out and Login to SU account
8. Click on menu
9. Click on relationship select the client for which matter was created
10. Click on TM icon
11. Remove the team-Member who created matter or who is the part of that matter and update it
12. Log out and login to Same TM account who was removed from that client
13. Click on Timesheet
The timesheet entries are still editable and can be deleted. This should not happen.
Expected outcome: Those entries should be grayed out (Ref Web for this) or edit and delete button should be disabled
Note: Timesheet entries made from calendar event also should be grayed out

If a matter contains two different tasks, both tasks should be greyed out if the client access is removed for the team member.
Currently, only one task is greyed out while the other remains editable.
