Meetings (View): When trying to edit an All Day Event, the checkbox for “All Day Event” appears unchecked even though it was previously selected.

Description

Steps:-
1.Login with Lauditor
2.Go to the Meetings module
3.Create an any one of the Event with all day
4.In view meetings select the recently created all day event
5.Click on edit button
6.The edit page will appear
7.There are all day check box is unchecked automatically

Expected:- The all day checkbox should be checked when editing the existing all day event. it's applicable for all user and all event types.
