Timesheet – Date dropdowns enabled in “Not Submitted” tab after timesheet submission

Description

1. Login the Lauditor
2. Click on Timesheets module
3. Click on My Timesheets - Not submitted [Make sure timesheets should already be submitted in that week]
4. Observe the date dropdown

Date dropdown are enabled In the not submitted tab after the timesheet submission.

If the timesheet is submitted, all fields should be disabled.
