Document listing page - Enable and Disable document icon is not properly functioning and text correction in tool tip and Alert

Description

Login to Lauditor
Click on document
Click on view tab
Click on Client/Firm
select any client/group
Click on download icon

Issues
1. Tool tip says "disable document" which is incorrect . It should be "Disable Download" / "Enable Download" based on the status of download
2. Clicking on that icon, its just giving the update toaster but functionally not working
3. Clicking on the icon , user gets conformation pop up . There also text should be changed to "Disable Download" / "Enable Download" based on the status of download

Solutions
If user disables download --> Download option should be removed from the action list
If user enables download --> Download option should be listed
And audit trails should be captured
