Timesheets: Date field remains edititable, but "Timesheets already submitted"

Description

1. Login the Lauditor
2. Click on Timesheets module [Make sure Timesheet should already submitted in that account]
3. Navigate to previous week
4. Then come back to current week [Timesheet submitted week]

After submitting timesheets, when navigating to another week and then returning to the current week, the Date field is responsive, but an alert message "Timesheets already submitted" appears.

Expected: All fields should not be editable, if timesheets submitted.
