Document - If the Leads group is changed from one group to other, Document also has to move along with leads to new group

Description

Scenario:
Lead 1 belongs to Practice-1
Document is uploaded to Practice1 - Contract -->Lawyers
Later in the leads section , Lead 1 Practice is changed to Practice 2
Then the document which was uploaded become orphan.
So the document should move along with Leads
