Matters (View): The "Select All" checkbox is missing from the "Add Tag" section on the document upload page (when uploading via Drive/Device)

Steps:-
1.Login with Lauditor
2.Go to the Matter module
3.Click on view matter
4.Select any one of the matter
5.click on action and select view details
6.Select the documents
7.Click on Drive/Device option
8.Browse the Documents and choose it
9.Add Tag Buttons and its select all checkbox is missing there.
