Document Upload - When file will Longer name is selected and clicked on Next and Save , There is Incorrect toaster

Description

1. Login to VitaGist
2. Click on Document
3. Click on any folder
4. Click on Add New button
5. Select Document
6. Click on Browse button
7. Browse the document having the longer name (Exceeding 30 + character )
8. Click on Next
9. Click on save (Don't change name of the document )
There is incorrect Toaster , Which is not required
