View Relationship [Exchange info - Shared By Us] : "Shared By Us" Documents Not Displayed Under Client Tab. [Production issues]

Description

Steps:

  • Log in to Web Lauditor - Production environment.
  • Navigate to the Relationship section.
  • Click View Relationship.
  • Select one of the following client types:
  • Individual , Business , Corporate , Temporary
  • Choose any client and click Action > Exchange Info.
  • Go to the Shared By Us tab.
  • Scroll down and click on the Client tab.

Expected Result:
Client-related documents should be displayed.

Actual Result:
Client-related documents do not appear.

Notes:

  • This issue occurs for all client types: Individual, Business, Corporate, and Temporary.
  • It is observed only in the Production environment.
  • The issue affects Team Member accounts only.
