Description
Steps:
- Log in to Web Lauditor - Production environment.
- Navigate to the Relationship section.
- Click View Relationship.
- Select one of the following client types:
- Individual , Business , Corporate , Temporary
- Choose any client and click Action > Exchange Info.
- Go to the Shared By Us tab.
- Scroll down and click on the Client tab.
Expected Result:
Client-related documents should be displayed.
Actual Result:
Client-related documents do not appear.
Notes:
- This issue occurs for all client types: Individual, Business, Corporate, and Temporary.
- It is observed only in the Production environment.
- The issue affects Team Member accounts only.
