openView Matters – Documents uploaded with 'Disable Download' not retaining setting

Description
1. Login the Lauditor
2. Click on Matters module
3. Click on View matters
4. Select any matters
5. Click on View details under action
6. Navigates to Document section
7. Browse the document and set with Disable download
8. Click on submit [Doument uploaded successfully]
9. Navigates to Documents module
10. Click on View Documents
11. Click on View - client
12. Select the client who involved in the matter
13. Select the Matter in the drop down
Actual : In View Matters → Documents, when a document is uploaded with the Disable Download, the restriction [Download button is enabled currently] is not retained in view page.
Expectation :
Documents uploaded with Disable Download should display the Download option in a disabled state, ensuring users cannot download the file.
