closedCreate Matter [Legal / General]: A document that has already been attached to a matter is still available for selection while creating a new matter

Document A is upload to the client A
Steps to reproduce
1. Login the Lauditor
2. Click on matters
3. Click on Create
Create matter with following details :Civil Cases, Group A, Client A and attach Document A to the matter
4. After creating a matter, Again click on create matter tab
5. Create a New Matter with same client and group
6. Navigates to Documents section
Issue Observed : Document A is still available for selection.
A document that has already been attached to an existing matter is still available for selection when creating a new matter.
Expectation :
A document once attached to a matter should not be available for selection in another matter.

Note: This is applicable for View Matters - Documents as well
