Document Upload - UI and Other issue related to Identity documents and rest other categories

Description

Issues 1: After browsing the document and clicking on next, Document ID field shows an alert by default which should not be shown.
Steps:
1. Login to VitaGist
2. Click on Document menu
3. Click on Identity card
4.Click on Add new
5. Click on document
6. Browse the document and click next
There will be an alert in Document ID field and Expiration field

(This is applicable for all the categories [Legal, Finance, Health, Personal, Others] )

Issues 2:
After browsing the document and clicking on next, If user removed the document attached , there is no way to go back and upload the document.
Expected : User should see browse document screen

1. Login to VitaGist
2. Click on Document menu
3. Click on Identity card
4.Click on Add new
5. Click on document
6. Browse the document and click next
7. Remove the document attached
User will still be in the meta data page and there is no way to add the document again


Issue 3:
No Alert is displayed below Expiration date for the Identity documents
