View Matters – Notes Add Button Visible for Reopened Date in timeline

Description

1. Login the Lauditor
2. Click on matters
3. Click on View matters
4. Select any closed matters
5. Click on reopen matter under action
6. Click on save [Matter reopened]
7. Select the matter and visit the timeline of that matter
8. Observe Add button is available to add the notes for reopen date

Expected :
The Add button in the timeline Notes should not be visible for reopened dates. It should only be available for meetings added to the matter.

Unable to check, Reopen matter option is not available under action once matter is closed.

For matter closed date, notes add button is visible in timeline.
