• In the View Groups → Members List, when the user visits a group that has a Group Head (GH) and then navigates to another group without a GH, the previous GH’s name is still displayed in the members list

1. Login the lauditor with SU or AAM
2. Click on Groups
3. Click on View Groups
4. Choose any group which has GH [GH name: Pavan]
5. Visit the update team members list in that group
6. Select another group which has no GH
7. Click on update team members list

Issue Observed: Pavan name still is displayed in this group also
When navigating from a group that has a Group Head (GH) to a group without a GH, the previous GH’s name is still displayed in the members list.

Expected Result:
For groups without a Group Head, no GH name should appear in the members list.
