1. Login the Lauditor with GH user
2. Click on Team members module
3. Select any member
4. Click on update group access under action [Ensure that the member belongs to two groups]
5. Unselect the checkbox
6. Click on update

Issue Observed :
In View Members → Update Group Access, when the Group Head (GH) tries to remove a member’s access from the group, a “Request failed” error appears.

Expected Result :
The Group Head should be able to successfully remove a member’s access from the group without any errors.
