View Groups [Group Head user] - Groups not displayed when GH is part of only one group

1. Login the Lauditor with GH user
2. Click on Groups module
3. Click on View Groups [Ensure that GH is a part of only one group]

Issue Observed : When GH is part of only one group, no groups are listed in the View Groups section. However, if GH is part of two groups, both groups are displayed correctly.

Expected Result :
The group(s) associated with GH should be displayed in the View Groups section, even if GH belongs to only one group.
