Emails - Document upload - Client dropdown appears empty when team member is not assigned to any groups

Description

Member A Belongs to Group A and he is not assigned to any client

Steps to reproduce
1. Login the Lauditor
2. Click on emails
3. Select google and click continue [email is Authenticated]
4. Select any documents to upload
5. Click on clients drop down

Actual Behavior (Issue): The client dropdown is visible but empty when a team member has no group assignment.

Expected Behavior: The dropdown should be disabled (grayed out) when there are no clients to display,

The mentioned issue is still not fixed. If the team member has no client access, the client dropdown should be disabled. Please refer to the attachment.
