Health (Health Log): The recently added medications and manual device readings are not captured on the Health Log page, and each entry is recorded with the wrong time.

Description

Steps:-
1.Login with Vitagist
2.Go to the Health module
3.Click on Medication + icon and add new medications
4.The added medications is appear on the dashboard
5.Go to the Apps and Devices
6.Click on Add a new device and its reading
7.Go to the health log page
8.There recently added Medication and Device reading are not appearing
Please refer the Attachment
Expected: All Health Log entries should be recorded with the exact time on the Health Log page.
