Documents (Upload):- The identity document id text should be discarded when changing the document type.

Description

Steps:-
1.Login with Vitagist
2.Go to the Documents module
3.Click on Add Documents or FAB + button
4.Select the Category as identity
5.Select the document type as 'Driving license'
6.Enter the Driving license number
7.Again switch the document type as 'Passport'
8.There already added Driving license number still appears
Please refer the Attachment.
Expected: When the document type is changed, the ID fields should be discarded automatically.
