Meetings [Legal/General]: Members and Clients listed without selecting a matter

Description

Steps to reproduce

1. Login the Lauditor with Super User
2. Click on Meetings
3. Select Legal / General Event
4. Don't select the matters in the Subject / Task drop down
5. Navigate to the Add Team member, Add Individual / Add corporate field
6. Observe the field displays all the team members, all entity and individual clients, All corporate clients belongs to firm

Expectation: Without selecting a matter, no members or clients should be listed. Only after the matter is selected, matter related members, Individual/entity and corporate clients should be listed.

Note: This issue is applicable for Group Head, Team member User
