Matters (View): The View Matter Client Dropdown, if all the client are selected in the dropdown, the dropdown should be hide as per iOS

Description

Steps:-
1.Login with Lauditor
2.Go to the Matter
3.Select view matter
4.Select Legal/General Matter
5.Click on view Matter
6.Navigate to Client page
7.All the clients are selected in the dropdown
8.The dropdown should be hide as per iOS
9.Now it's shows the Empty fields when click on the dropdown
