Description

Steps:-
Client A is a corporate client and belongs to Group A.

Group A includes one team member (Member A) and one Group Head.

Steps to Reproduce:

1.Log in to the Lauditor .
2.Go to the menu and select "Relationship".
3.Click on "View Relationship", then navigate to the "Business" tab.
4.Choose any corporate client and click on "Modify Group Access".

Select any listed member, click "Save", then click "Yes" to confirm.

Expected Result:
A Confirmation pop-up message should appear, indicating the Groups access was updated successfully.
