openTeam member Issue: Leads [Add New Lead - Entity / Lawyer ] : Leads list is not displayed when 'Others' is selected

Steps to Reproduce:
Login to the Leads application with Team member account [Team member belongs to two practives: I am not sure, Family Law]
Click on the Leads module from the left-side navigation.
Click the Add (+) button and select Add New Lead.
Navigate to either the Entity or Lawyer tab.
In the Area of Specialization field, select "Others" and enter custom text.
Click the Save button.
Navigate back to the Leads list screen.
Actual : Recently added lead is not displayed below. They are listed in super user account only.
Expectation : They should be listed in team member account if TM belongs to "I am not sure" practices
