openMessages: No clients are displayed in the Client Chat list.

Description
1. Login the Lauditor with super user account
2. Click on Messages module
In the Messages module, the Client Chat list is empty. Clients should be displayed.
Note : Issue is applicable for all user types [SU, GH and TM]
All clients should be listed in SU account as they have default access for all clients in the firm level
All clients should be listed in GH account as they have default access for all clients in the Group level
In the TM account, only clients assigned to the respective team member should be listed.
