View Relationship - Newly accepted Relationship from Lauditor - Unable to update the Department access - it says "Please select atleast one group"

perquisite - Lauditor Firm should send request to DGC

accounts used for testing - /Test@123

1. Login to DGC
2. Click on Relationship module
3. Click on View Relationship
4. Click on the action button for newly accepted Relationship
5. Click Update Department access
We get the toaster saying "Please select atleast one group"
