Care Plan (Add Goals): The 'Target Value' and 'Current Progress' input fields currently accept only numeric values. They should accept alphanumeric values.

Steps:-
1.Login with Vitagist
2.Click on Health Module
3.Click on Care plan
4.Click on add Goals
5.The Target Value and Current Progress input fields should accept the alphanumeric values.
