openView Event: Event Organizer name should be displayed in the view if the event has no invitees

Description
1. Login the VitaGist
2. Navigate to Calendar module
3. Fill the mandatory fields
4. Click on save
Actual: When viewing an event that has no invitees, the event organizer's name is not displayed in the event details.
Expectation: Organizer's name should be visible in the "View Event" screen regardless of whether invitees are added or not.

In create event we can remove the organizer, if we want to show the organizer in event listing either we need to disable the Organizer remove. With this we meaningfully achieve this flow. Now added the Organizer name if doesn't have the any client and member.
