Steps:-
1.Log in with Vitagist.
2.Go to the Chat module.
3.Click on any one of the following tabs: Personal, Legal & Finance, and others
4.The list of members will be visible
5.On the page FAB Message icon is missing.
6.That action button should be implemented as per design.
