Document (Upload): The Delete icon and "Uploading" text are missing during the upload of new documents.

Description

Steps:-
1.Login with Vitagist
2.Go to the Document modules
3.Select any one of the category
4.Browse the document and upload it
5.During the upload the Delete option and Uploading progress text is missing.

please refer the attachment.

Expected: The Delete and Uploading text should be implemented as per design

This page not document upload it just import screen, set as upload get miscommunication to user. Set the trash icon for indentity document type for other below we set the cancel and upload another text.
