Add/Edit Event: Default time zone should be India Standard Time - Kolkata [GMT time should also be shown].

Description

Steps to Reproduce:

  1. Log in to VitaGist.
  2. Click on the Calendar icon at the top right corner.
  3. Click the (+) button located at the bottom right.
  4. Select any event type and click on it.
  5. On Time zone Field
  6. Default time zone should be "India Standard Time - Kolkata"[GMT time should also be shown].

Note : This issue applicable for Event , Reminder , Health Reminder.
