Description

Steps:-
1.Login with Vitagist
2.Go to Connections module
3.Select any one of the relationships
4.Select the any category document
5.Click on share button
6.The shared by me page Address book and Search icons are missing.

Expected: As per the design, the search and address book icons should be visible on that page.

Based on design pattern add the search top of the list view and add the address book icon & action.
