openTimesheets - Not submitted - timesheet entries are not visible after the matter is reassigned to a different group.

Description
Group A has members: Member A and Member B
Client A is associated with both Group A and Group B.
Member A and B are assigned to Client A.
Steps to Reproduce:
- Login as Member A (part of Group A)
- Navigate to the Matter module
- Create a new matter for Client A, assign it to Group A, Select Member B and submit it. [Matter Name: Civil Case - I]
- Login the Lauditor with Member B user
- Go to the Timesheets module
- Add entries for Civil Case -I, click Add [Don't submit the timesheet]
- Logout and login as Super User
- Navigate to View Matter, select Civil Case - I, and click Update Groups
- Unselect Group A, select Group B, then click Save
- Login the Lauditor with Member B
- Navigate to the Timesheets module
- Check the Not submitted entries
Not submitted entries disappear. The not submitted timesheet entries should remain visible even after the matter is reassigned.
User should allow to change the time and date only for those entries within the whole week.

Not working as expected
After a matter is moved from one group to another, any not submitted timesheet entries should remain intact. An alert should be displayed
Alert info mentioned below
Note / alert: “Your access to this matter was revoked. Contact admin” - info
The entire row where this entry is made should be grayed out - not editable. Delete option to be available.
