openView Merge PDF [Client / Firm] : Whenever Deleting failed Merge PDF files, does not require super user approval alert message.

Description
Steps:-
1.Login with lauditor
2.Go to Documents module
3.Click on View Document
4.Select any one of Client or Firm
5.Select View Merged Dropdown
6.There already Merged PDF files are listed out.
7.Select any one of the failed Merged PDF File
8.Go to Action and select the Delete PDF option
9.Click on the Yes button on the Confirmation popup.
10.After that the super user approval alert will appear
11.That alert message should be removed it.
Please refer the Attachments
Expected: When deleting Failed Merge PDF files, superuser approval is not required for that document.
