Steps to Reproduce the Issue:

1. Log in to the DGC application.
2. Open the main menu.
3. Navigate to Matter and select either Legal or General.
4. Click the Create tab.
5. Fill in all required fields and click Save.
6. Select a Department, External Counsel, and Member, then click Add.
7. Now, select a name in External Counsel and Assigned Member without clicking the Add button, and then click Save.
8. Click the circle icon (used for refresh or navigation) next to the Department field.
9. Observe the following issues:

• Previously selected (but not added) names under External Counsel and Assigned Member are still displayed.
• When navigating back to the page, only the explicitly added names are retained; all other selections are unchecked or not preserved.

Note : This issue applicable for View Matter [View details] as well.
