steps :

1. Login the VitaGist
2. Click on calendar module
3. Click on Create
4. Fill the event name
5. Check the all day checkbox [Create an all day event]
6. Click on save
7. Select the same event in view
8. Don't change the edit mode
9. Uncheck the all day checkbox

"All Day" checkbox can be interacted with even without clicking the Edit button. It should remain unresponsive until the Edit mode is activated.
