Settings – Country Affiliation: Mobile number validation should be implemented. The same mobile number should not be allowed for both the primary and secondary countries

Description

Steps:-
1.Login with Vitagist
2.Go to the settings module
3.Click on Country affiliation option
4.The country affiliation page will open
5.click on Add Country button
6.Enter all mandator fields
7.Enter the mobile number is already used one for Primary country.
8.The Mobile number should be unique
